Visual Impact Cardio Review

8 Weeks – I Lost 19 Pounds and 6.2% Body Fat

Well, I did it. I followed and reviewed Visual Impact Cardio for a full 8 weeks and documented the entire review process.

Now, if you are anything like me, you are currently asking yourself if these results are REAL … they are real. I completely understand if you think they are exaggerated. Honestly, some of my closest friends have asked me if these pics where Photo-shopped. They are real … the Visual Impact Cardio workout rocks, what can I say!?

Here’s the latest picture … I’m a little more tan now! Yes, this makes me look better but come on, I was pretty dang WHITE :(

Also, there are some more before and after pictures on my results page.

This makes my total losses while following Visual Impact Cardio 19 pounds and 6.2% body fat.

Two weeks ago I weighed in at 165 pounds and this week the scale read 162 pounds. What is even more impressive than that is the amount of body fat that I have lost. When I weighed 165 pounds I was at 9% body fat. Now I am at 7.3% body fat. That means that these last three pounds have been 100% body fat … no water, no muscle, PURE FAT.

  • 165 x 9% = 14.85 pounds of fat
  • 162 x 7.3% = 11.826 pounds of fat

14.85 – 11.826 = 3.024 pounds of fat

Before reviewing Visual Impact Cardio I really wasn’t sure of how much of a transformation I could pull off in 8 weeks. Now that I’ve gone through the entire review, I am a firm believer in the program and the teachings behind it.

Feel free to checkout the summary page to learn more about the course.

6 Weeks – I Lost 16 Pounds and 4.5% Body Fat

I am still STOKED to see the pounds (fat) dropping off even this far into the program. Six weeks down and I am almost done with Visual Impact Cardio. Honestly, I figured that I would continue losing fat, but I really didn’t think that it would keep pace like it has.

After 6 Weeks on Visual Impact Cardio

Left: 1/11/2012 -- Right: 2/22/2012

When I first started this review I weighed in at 181 pounds and registered 13.5% body fat.

After two weeks I had lost weight and fat … I figured I would see some results but I was BLOWN AWAY when I realized that I had dropped 8 pounds and 2.5% body fat in just two weeks. And, like clock work, 2 weeks after that I was down another 5 pounds and 1% body fat. Add to this another two more weeks and I am STILL going strong and dropping fat.

I just weighed myself last night and I’m down to 165 pounds and a solid 9% body fat. I have even seen my scale dip down below that a few times.

My total losses for the past two weeks are 3 pounds and 1% body fat bringing my six week total to 16 pounds and 4.5% body fat. AWESOME!!

I am almost done with my review now. The next results may very well be my last update. I’m getting down there in weight and I honestly don’t need to lose much more.

If you’d like you can put your email on the waiting list and I’ll let you know when I do  post my final stats and then my final review.

4 Weeks – I Lost 13 Pounds and 3.5% Body Fat

After 1 month of following Visual Impact Cardio I have made some GREAT progress. When I started this review I weighed 181 pounds and measured 13.5% body fat. After only four weeks I’ve dropped 13 pounds. Although I wasn’t “fit” by any means, I really wasn’t THAT bad. I think if I had more to lose I would have lost even more weight by now.

1 Month Into My Visual Impact Cardio Review

Left: 1/11/2012 -- Right: 2/08/2012

To me, what is even more important is that I’ve lost over 3.5% body fat in these four weeks. My scale measured 9.7% last night and by the looks of my pictures, I’d say it’s somewhat close. Realistically I’m probably a little higher, so I’m calling it 10%, but in the end it does look like I’ve dropped 3.5% body fat since the start.

This means that I am losing ALL fat now … no muscle loss that I can see. Compare my biceps, triceps, shoulders and lats on my Visual Impact Cardio Results page. You can see that my muscles aren’t getting smaller even though I am. I am VERY pleased about this.

As I said 2 weeks ago, I did expect my results to slow down a bit. During the first 2 weeks I dropped 8 pounds and 2% body fat. If I was to keep pace with that I would have to be down 16 pounds and 4% body fat.

The good news is that I AM down almost that much fat … 3.5% since the start — VERY COOL! Obviously 16 pounds less FOR ME would be a bit much after 4 weeks. After these past two weeks I have dropped and additional 5 pounds though.

This brings my total loss to 13 pounds and 3.5% body fat in 4 weeks.

2 Weeks – I Lost 8 Pounds and Over 2% Body Fat

So it has only been two weeks since I started this Visual Impact Cardio Review and things are looking good. I have a feeling that the overall tone of this website is going to change … I’m getting a bit optimistic now. That said, I do expect things to slow down quite a bit.

I went from 181 pounds to 173 pounds in TWO WEEKS. That’s awesome in my book. What is even better than that is that my scale, although most-likely somewhat inaccurate, is telling me that I’ve lost over 2% body fat in those two weeks … very, very cool. In reality, I can’t imagine my body keeping up with this pace … and that’s fine; it was a GREAT start.

Visual Impact Cardio Results

Left: 1/11/2012 -- Right: 1/25/2012

Now I weigh 173 lbs and am 11% body fat. In two weeks I lost 8 pounds and 2.5% body fat.

The day before I started I weighed 181 lbs and was 13.5% body fat. You can read more about the start of my quest to see if Visual Impact Cardio works here.

As you can see from the pictures I have made some good progress. Some of the benefits from dropping my fat, beside the fact that I can actually get my abs to show, is that the shape of my body is looking much better.

In addition to this, I’m losing that round and puffy look and I’m getting a more angular look. My shoulders seem to pop a bit more now. Plus, I didn’t realize until comparing my photos, but I had a little man-boobiage going on. That is thankfully going away and my pecs are starting to look more square. After 2 more weeks I will take a shot of me flexing to see how my shoulders and arms are holding up. These shots will go on my results page.

Again, here is a screen shot of the photo that I took from my iMac on January 25, 2012.

2 Weeks on Visual Impact Cardio

After 2 Weeks on Visual Impact Cardio - January 25, 2012

Stay tuned as I continue to update this site. I will most-likely put my results up here in another 2 or 3 weeks, we’ll see. If you want, you can enter your email on the waiting list and I’ll let you know as soon as I post an update.

Side note: It kind of sucks right now because I JUST came down with a cold today so who knows what my training is going to look like. Fortunately, I’ve read that as long as your cold doesn’t move into your chest it is okay to continue training.

Does Visual Impact Cardio Work – My Live Case Study

You might be thinking that I couldn’t possibly answer the question of whether or not Visual Impact Cardio works since the course is not even out yet, right? Well, you’re right … almost :D

To make this short, Rusty hired me to do the graphics for the book and website (I’m a web/graphic designer by trade) so I got my hands on the book a little early. You can read more about that on the about page.

Visual Impact Cardio - Before

Here is what I look like before starting Visual Impact Cardio

Does Visual Impact Cardio Work? – The Test

I’m going to keep track of how much weight I lose as well as how much body fat I lose. Also, I’ll keep track of how fast I lose it. Here are my current stats …

  • Weight: 181 lbs
  • Body Fat: 13.5% (according to my scale)

I realize that I don’t look too amazing … be nice ;)

I also realize that what I have down as my fat percentage could be off. If I had to guess I would say I’m probably pushing the scales a bit higher.

The important thing is that I continue to measure my body fat with the same method and even the same scale to measure the change in my body composition. While this will be a decent way to track my results, ultimately it’s all about the pictures … which is the ONLY reason I have them posted.

My plan is to follow Rusty’s advice and to go off of what I have SEEN in Visual Impact Cardio to see how much fat I can lose.

I’m going to document this in real time and post my results as I go. So in reality, the answer whether or not Visual Impact Cradio works will be seen as I go.

As you can see by this picture, I really did take these photos on January 11, 2012. I saw on another website showing a before and after that a guy held up a newspaper to show the day … good idea, wish I would have thought of that. Anyway, this at least shows you when I took the picture and I look like this now.

Before Picture 1 - Proof

You can see the date that I took the picture ... from my iMac

I’m not sure how often I will post my stats. I may post them every other week or after a month. Either way, I will post them … good or bad. I plan on keeping this site updated as I go, so keep coming back. If you haven’t put your name on the waiting list yet, go for it. I’ll be sending out emails to let everyone know when I post an update on my progress.

Once the product is out and I’ve seen the entire product, and have gone through all the workouts … THEN I will post my official Visual Impact Cardio Review. Until then … here we go!
