6 Weeks – I Lost 16 Pounds and 4.5% Body Fat
I am still STOKED to see the pounds (fat) dropping off even this far into the program.
Six weeks down and I am almost done. Honestly, I figured that I would continue losing fat, but I really didn’t think that it would keep pace like it has.

When I first started this review I weighed in at 181 pounds and 13.5% body fat.
I just weighed myself last night and I’m down to 165 pounds and a solid 9% body fat – I have even seen my scale dip down below that a few times.
My total losses for the past 2 weeks are 3 pounds and 1% body fat bringing my six week total to 16 pounds and 4.5% body fat. AWESOME!!
I am almost done with my review now. The next results may very well be my last update. I’m getting down there in weight and I honestly don’t need to lose much more.

Hey Aditya,
It really just depends on the routine you’re doing at the moment …
In general, from day to day, it’s actually quite a bit easier than the cardio plan that Rusty laid out in Visual Impact Muscle Building.
Having said that, there are routines that are MORE intense than those in phase 3 of VI. This last week I’ve implemented one of his tactics (lactic acid training) and these are TOUGH!
Good news is that you don’t do these every day … not even close!

Kevin,
I love your results! Your body definitely got a lot more ripped during your trial with Visual Impact Cardio. Do you know when Rusty plans to release it? I know you’ve mentioned in a previous post that it’s soon, but after your results, I’m ready to get my hands on a copy.

Hey Robert, it’s due in a couple weeks … that’s as much as I know as far as an official release.
