A little about my bonus …
Okay, so I’m re-writing this page now that I’ve gone through the entire course. You probably know by now, but if not …
Rusty hired my to design the graphics for his book.
When he hired me to do so I was … fat 
So I decided to not only design the book, but to uh … follow it!
I busted my freekin butt for 8 weeks and got ripped!

So being the geek (web designer) that I am, I decided to create this “review” blog for a couple of reasons:
- Keep myself accountable
- Track everything I was doing
- Inspire others like me to get fit
- Officially be theeee beta tester (pretty cool!)
In addition to tracking my progress and results as I went, I jotted down EVERYTHING I did … my diet, my weight lifting schedule, when I trained, when I ate, my weight loss, fat loss and so on.
It quickly became a really cool resource.
Because I have every detail about the program I can’t make that public, of course. So … I created a Members section of this website with all the info from every day for 8 weeks!
