What Is The Best Cardio To Lose Weight Fast?

Losing weight is good, but you must make sure that you are losing fat and not muscle. Many times, people are told to jump on the treadmill and run for 60 minutes a day to lose weight. This is horrible advice! No wonder cardio isn’t working for these individuals. When you look around in the gym and you see guys running on the treadmill for 45-60 minutes and they look a bit soft — that is because they don’t know the best ways to do cardio.

Don’t get me wrong, there certainly are times when good old fashioned steady state cardio should be used. However, the best cardio programs should also integrate different intervals and strategically place certain cardio workouts after/before others.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) has become quite popular over the past decade or so, and for good reason. Although many programs suggest a standard routine of 15 minutes of HIIT followed by 30 minutes of steady state cardio, there is more to it than that. In fact, there are times when this combo is NOT your ideal routine.

During my trial I have yet to perform this routine, although I USED to think the was the go-to cardio protocol.

In order to get the most out of your cardio you need know which training protocols produce which results. Also, you need to know when to implement them.

It’s not as much about whether you ride a bike, sprint or get on the rowing machine as it is about how you are doing these.

In Visual Impact Cardio Rusty teaches you how to implement your favorite type of cardio workouts and teaches you how to fit them in with each other. Even some of the more popular styles of cardio can be adapted for even better results:

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Low Intensity Steady State (LISS)
  • Body Weight Circuit Training
  • Muscle Confusion Workouts
  • Metbolic Resistance Training (MTR)
  • Crossfit
  • Zumba Dancing
  • Tabata Protocol

What makes Visual Impact Cardio so much different (better) is that Rusty outlines when to do the different types of cardio. Simply following one type of cardio is not going to help you lose weight as fast as knowing how to mix it up the right way.

I’m honestly trying not to come across with too much hype but I’m just THAT convinced in this workout.

In the end it just boils down to my own personal experiences with Rusty’s program and my results. I got GREAT results from following the workout and I know that anyone else who gives it a shot will as well. What is the best cardio to lose weight? That’s an easy one for me … Visual Impact Cardio.
